Andy achieved the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation in 2007. In doing so, Andy and his business partner became the first CMPS professionals in the Eastlake and Otay Ranch markets of Chula Vista California. Andy was raised in the South Bay and graduated from Bonita Vista High School in 1997 lettering in Music and Baseball. Finding a passion for people, Andy went on to complete his B.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2001. In 2005 Andy returned to San Diego to be close to his family while he and his wife were expecting. The mortgage and real estate industry immediately drew him in. Focused on a holistic approach to mortgages, Andy’s personal motto is to "Educate clients to plan a mortgage as a wealth building tool to accomplish their respective financial goals." He currently resides in South Bay with his wife, two year old daughter, and is expecting another daughter in June 2007. Andy actively plays drums at Eastlake Community Church and has a passion for music, sports, and reading.

Brian achieved the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation in 2007. In doing so, Brian and his business partner became the first CMPS professionals in the Eastlake and Otay Ranch markets of Chula Vista California. Brian was raised in the South Bay and graduated from Montgomery High School in 1995 lettering in Wrestling. Continuing his passion for athletics, Brian entered the world of health club management where he served 3 years with 24 Hour Fitness staffing new clubs and managing their grand openings. With a strong foundation of sales and a thorough understanding of corporate structure, Brian entered the mortgage industry in 2002 when he purchased his first investment property. The mortgage and real estate industry immediately fascinated Brian and he is dedicated to “Educate clients to plan a mortgage as a wealth building tool to accomplish their respective financial goals.” He currently resides in Downtown San Diego. Brian is a lifetime student of business and personal development and has recently begun coaching business owners and sales representatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and workplace morale.

Michael was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended the University of California at Berkeley, receiving a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. Michael worked as a loan officer for Union Bank and as a financial analyst in Wells Fargo Bank’s real estate and credit subsidiaries in Los Angeles, where he met his wife. They moved to Sacramento where he was a Senior Management Consultant for Ernst & Young specializing in real estate, and then became a Program Manager for the State of California Treasurer's Office where he provided commercial financing for hospitals and health facilities. He moved to Chula Vista with his wife eight years ago, and currently has a four year old daughter and an eight year old son. Michael’s main interests include photography, music, and education.
